Loved how this place kept in touch through texts the entire time they had my car in their shop. They got my car done earlier than the estimated time and were really friendly and professional. The whole experience was very easy.
I also loved how I was able to rent a car from Enterprise and I could return the car to caliber and they took care of getting it back to Enterprise

I took my vehicle in on May 3 to have it repaired for the left side rear bumper, and it was done the next day. They are very respectful and courteous and do a wonderful job.

Very pleasant and friendly staff, easy to deal with. Caliber collision in general is a great place, but this location is always busy. The work they provide is top tier in the Allentown Area. 10/10 would highly recommend

Outstanding customer service! Professional and welcoming place, after getting my quote, scheduling an appointment and getting my rental my car was fixed within two days the process was fast, I sign up to receive text messages and it was a peace of mind getting information about my car been repair, when I went to pick up my car it was clean in the inside and everything was vacuum and all my stuff was there where I left them but best of all repairs looks perfect! If I ever need to service again this is the place to go.

Caliber collision is an excellent shop. This is the 2nd vehicle we have had to have repaired. The work is excellent, very professional crews and service managers walked us thru what was done, and reviewed repairs. Very happy to have our car back. Looks great, nice work !! 👍
