Santiago Martinez was our sales person. He is great! Very personable and did his best to fill my expectations. I did not care for the trade in negotiations of the vehicle I was trading in and this is why I scored a 4 and not 5.

Today I purchased my 3rd vehicle from Tyler Rider at Ciocca VW. That in itself, speaks volumes about Tyler and the entire Ciocca staff. Tyler is attentive, patient, and extremely personable. He demonstrates exceptional service, at the highest level during every experience and is extremely knowledgeable in all areas. He goes above and beyond to ensure the happiness of his customers. It is rare to find a car dealership with so many friendly faces, and genuine interactions. I will never shop another dealer. Thanks to Tyler, my family and I are lifelong customers. And would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a painless buying experience. Kudos Tyler, and staff!
