The staff here is amazing and extremely compassionate! We rushed our 5 yr old boxer in who had died from a heart attack on our way in. They did try to save Stella but she gained her wings! The team was great with us and allowed us to stay with our Stella and mourn and didn’t rush or push us out! They were apologetic and expressed a great deal of empathy! When it was time for us to leave they continued to reassure us that our Stella would be ok and even gave us a paw impression for us to take with us. Thank you for being so kind during an extremely difficult time for us!!

We were looking forward to visiting Caleb's on our recent trip to Peddler's Village and it lived up to our expectations and beyond. The food, service, and atmosphere were just incredible. Shelly couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating and the bacon, corn, scallion pancakes might be worth the drive from long Island all on its own. Highly recommend this wonderful place!

The staff at Blue Pearl was so compassionate to myself and our cat Peach. They responded with patience and kindness as we had to make the difficult decision to put her down. They even sent a beautiful condolence card a few days later.

I came in with my dog early in the morning as she was not acting normal a d had been vomiting. My vet was closed and I didn't want to wait for them to open. They were kind and saw my dog quickly and assessed her and kept me updated. She got the cate she needed and was discharged the same day with the medication she needed to get better. They were very transparent about cost and how long she would need to be there, which is appreciated when you have a budget. The doctor was up front withe about which tests were most important and how we should proceed. All in all a good experience for the situation.

We had breakfast here this morning just a few comments from my family members, “I would drive the 300 miles to come here again.”
“This is the best breakfast I ever had.” Great atmosphere, very friendly staff, although they were short we were never left for long! Great place! Try it.

I cannot thank VSEC enough for what they did for my boy back in June. When we transferred my 1 yr old Golden Retriever there who was having nonstop seizures, I walked in carrying him as he was unable to walk and we got IMMEDIATE attention as they brought him to the back for evaluation. They told us his brain may be swelling and to prepare ourselves. They were completely honest as to not give us false hope, and answered every question we had. A week later, we were able to bring him home. Dr. Eagleson (the neurologist) was very educated, professional and kept us updated his entire hospital stay. The comfort they provided immediately for my pup was unmatched to the emergency hospitals he was at before we found BluePearl. VSEC is 2.5 hours from me, but I will forever make that trip to ensure my animals are in the best hands possible when they need it.

The best meal I have had in a long time! The food was spectacular, as was the service! The beef medallions were perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked, and perfectly paired with fried potato dumplings, crispy onions, steak sauce, and fresh veggies. The salmon with coconut sticky rice was fantastic also! Loved the garlic broccolini. One of the best desserts I've ever had was the salted caramel blondie with ice cream. Out of this world! We will definitely be back. I would try everything on their menu.

Decent standard mostly American food for lunch. Everything tasted fine and fresh. Dinner menu looks more interesting. Nice bright atmosphere and service was friendly.

Great emergency pet facility. Our dog gave us a scare and we immediately went to this facility. Most of the staff are friendly and courteous (which is no simple feat based on the work they do).

For those of you about to visit this place, a couple of tips. They do have vending machines with drinks and snacks (see picture). There is TV and free WiFi to keep your mind busy. You also might be there awhile...

There is also a public restroom for humans and a pet relief area outside.

The food was amazing. Great friendly and attentive staff. Everything from the appetizers to the desert was good. Caleb's is a byob, so grab your favorite bottle of wine and enjoy a great place.
