    Wonderful customer service!!! The owners are so pleasant and joke around, appreciating every customer!! My favorite Phlly Pretzel shop, by far!!!

    I went this morning, and I had a great experience! I wish I recognized the name of the person serving me, but he was a great kid! 10/10 would go again, and the pretzels were great!

    Great Pretzels- always hot and fresh! Denise and her team are always so nice & they are able to make cool interesting shapes for special occasions! I forgot to take a picture the Valentine bouquet was quite a hit at the office though!

    Man, customer service really depends on who is working!! Had an "okay" experience the other day... Then today was great! Super nice girl checked me out and gave me a coupon, then a nice guy walked the pretzels to my car. Thank you! Will be doing business with again!
