    Andrea is a treasure. She knows how to get your body back into alignment so that you can build strength and mobility. She offers an environment that is supportive as you rediscover how your body is meant to move and feel. She has helped me to build a foundation of functional fitness so that I can move with ease and she has helped me to heal from chronic back pain. You are in good hands with Andrea, she is an expert in her field, she is attentive, caring, precise and she will get you feeling strong again! She taught me the wisdom of "Move well and then move often!". I feel very confident highly recommending friends, family and clients to her.
