Excellent customer service and wonderful equipment.

Please know that this isn’t a traditional storefront-meaning there isn’t a showroom that you go to. You need to make an appointment and an associate will work with you … at least this was my experience.

I spent a couple hours listening to headphones and talking to my representative about what i heard and what i like. I did not feel pressured to buy anything and he was willing to spend the time that i needed. This will be my second purchase with Bloom audio and greatly appreciate the quality of their selection and customer focus.

If you need audio gear or even just want to get questions answered fast by friendly and knowledgeable real-life humans, Bloom Audio is your place.

I was just getting into the HiFi audio realm and had lots of questions. I reached out to Bloom support for advice and they (specifically Andrew) were very helpful and guided me towards what I was looking for. I reached out at about 1:30am PST expecting to get a response in a couple of days. Instead I got a response at 5am the same day that led to a fantastic email chain with personal insight and suggestions. They also have an emphasis on fast shipping. By far the best customer service experience I've ever had, they gained a longtime customer.

Edit: Nine months later I find myself in need of more audio gear, and like my first time around, I received a phenomenal customer experience complete with exceptionally fast, friendly, and knowledgeable support.

Another update: Placed another order a while back (forgot to add to my review), still received great customer service and insight on my purchase.

Hands down the best customer service I have encountered with an online retailer. My issue was handled above my expectations. I also asked for advice on an endgame IEM and was provided with insight and recommendations based on my target. Don't hesitate to purchase from Bloom!

Bloom Audio is giving the high end audio retailers a bad name. They are honest (guess they haven't learned the first lesson of selling), knowledgeable (weird when a sales person actually knows more about product than the customer), quick to respond (they answer chat waay to quickly, and fast (the time between order and ship is like minutes).

The worst thing is that all of the Bloom Audio team are nice people. They have caused me quite a bit of angst as I am spending all my money with them.

P.S. I had to return something and they gave me an unacceptable response. They said “sure” and issued a return label in seconds.

I’ve never had better service anywhere than from Andrew at Bloom Audio. He answers emails promptly and really went above and beyond to take care of some concerns with my order (which turns out we’re no concerns at all). Quick, professional, friendly service. Everything one could hope for. I think my Focal Clears are great and I am so happy to have found a great dealer in Bloom Audio. Customer for life! Highly recommended.
