Phil arrived promptly and got straight to work, troubleshooting the issue with my Bosch Oven HBL8450UC/07. From the moment he began his work, it was clear that Phil was a true professional.
Phil's knowledge and expertise were apparent as he quickly identified the problem with my oven. His findings were spot on, and even better than what I received from a previous Bosch authorized service provider. Phil was able to provide me with an accurate and honest repair estimate that was 50% lower than the previous estimate I received.
In addition to his technical skills, Phil also exhibited exceptional customer service. He was friendly, courteous, and respectful throughout the entire process. He explained everything to me in clear and easy-to-understand terms, and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise.

(December 19, 2022, 6:01 pm)Very friendly and helpful. We had a total failure of the pump and drain system in our dishwasher and they sent 3 people over 2 weeks to try everything to save it. They never charged extra for all the additional work and gave multiple recommendations for a replacement and a fair price for the repair if we wanted a rebuild. Excellent service.
