(May 23, 2023, 3:35 pm)Called ahead of time to see if they had the speakers I was searching for. Mark invited me to come by and check out the showroom. Absolutely beautiful store and products. Mark was super knowledgeable, friendly and just a genuine guy. The other 2 people in the store were welcoming and eager to chat. The thing I loved is that I didn't feel rushed choosing the speakers that sounded the best to me. Mark gave me the grand tour of the new building and I was blown away with all the different areas (multileveled!) showcasing different setups. I will definitely be back to talk audio/video in the very near future

(November 20, 2022, 9:41 am)This place is one of a kind in the tristate area. You rarely see stores like this anymore. I gave Nick a call before I drove a long time to get there, he confirmed he had everything I wanted in stock. I showed up we worked out a killer deal and I left with my stuff. Nick was patient and helped me choose an awesome SVS speaker setup. I'm a newbie and he didn't pressure me or make me feel like I was being annoying with all my questions.

(March 16, 2022, 11:04 pm)Audiolab is top shelf in service and product selection.When I was a kid of 20 I visited here and now I'm over half a century older and they still are alive and great resource. So many audio specialty shops have gone to history if you are into audio you need to support organizations like this you will not regret it! Keep on keepin on Audiolab.

It shipped on the day he said it would; the order was complete and on time. I am very pleased with the system I purchased, and I got it at a great price.
