AR&C Self Storage

AR&C has been amazing. We had a really hectic move. A gap in our move-out and move-in dates forced us to move our two bedroom condo into storage for a few weeks. Janine, the site manager was awesome. She was so helpful and efficient. We were coming from out of state and would be arriving after office hours and having never before visited the site. Janine went above and beyond to set everything up and make sure it was ready to go when we arrived.

While moving in we had miscalculated the amount of space we needed and Janine, ON HER DAY OFF, came to our rescue. She met us at the property and got us an extra unit in a flash.

The facilities are very well maintained. Everything was clean and the complex feels very safe.

It's been a great experience and I would highly recommend the facility to anyone. Thank you Janine for making AR&C the easiest part of our move.

I had a great experience. Prices are reasonable, payments are easy, facilities are super clean, very secure and climate controlled. I never had a problem in 6 years. It is family owned and run. Janine is a delight. I always encountered quick, courteous, and professional service and help with Janine and entire staff. They help not just with storage, but offer a truck rental, a store with packing supplies, and information on movers. Would highly recommend!

Super CLEAN, secure, & well run - you won't find a better facility for this price. All units are climate controlled and prices are competitive with the storage chains (think orange signage). Plus, their security is top notch - i came here in the evening on several occasions and never felt unsafe. I checked out multiple storage facilities in Hamilton before coming here (needed to stage my condo for sale and store extra items for 2 months). Upon seeing this facility, I booked immediately - it was a great experience and I will use them again whenever I need storage.

Through the years I have had to put things in storage. Moving, Downsizing etc. I have never, I repeat NEVER had a storage facility so well kept, well staffed, and secure. It is the most organized and well run facility in Hamilton. The office manager and other staff protect our belongings as if it were their own. They are professional and kind and understand the stresses of moving. It is clearly top notch. I can sleep at night knowing my property is in this facility. I would have given them 10 stars if I could. The owners of this facility should be proud of their staff and their building. It is perfectly run. And by far, the best storage facility I have ever used.

From start to finish the staff here at AR&C Self Storage is EXCEPTIONAL! When I called to make an appointment, I was given a tour of the facility and was thoroughly explained how everything works. I left my lock unlocked after being there and I got a phone call from the staff telling me so. I couldn't believe that they check things like this, being there are so many units! That was awesome! The facility is very clean. The use of the truck is even better, "free upon move in"! I needed it to move out and the rate is very reasonable! If you don't pick AR&C, you've picked the wrong storage facility. Thanks, and I will be back.
