Hayes did a beautiful job correcting everything on our Palisade after a complete botch job from Ciocca Collision. They take incredible pride in their work and I'm extremely happy with result. They did a great job helping to manage the insurance side as well, validating my concerns with the initial work, figuring out the additional problems, and making it right in the end. If you care about your vehicle and want it repaired correctly, do yourself a huge favor and go to Hayes. Top notch!

Bob at Hayes Auto Body has been AMAZING to deal with. We have had a ton of issues with my husband's truck, after it had been "repaired" by another local body shop, from hail damage. The truck was taken back the original shop 4 times to fix their poor craftsmanship. Recently, the truck started leaking, which also stemmed from the poor craftsmanship. We ended up in an insurance battle and Bob stepped in and really assisted us through the process. He had our backs the entire time with the insurance company. Just yesterday, insurance approved the repair, based on Bob's assistance in showing the adjuster all of the issues and explaining why it was from the previous body shop's poor workmanship. I HIGHLY recommend Hayes and we look forward to getting our truck repaired there!

These guys are the best! I had them repair my sunroof a couple years ago. When it leaked in the car wash the other day I took it over. Had nothing to do with their repair but they fixed it with a smile on their face; no charge, while I waited. The drain holes were plugged. Good people and great work!

Picked this body shop out of the options given to me by my insurance company when a deer hit the front corner of my car. Nevin was extremely friendly and professional, gave a prompt estimate, and the car was completed on time. Hopefully I won't be requiring more work on my car in the near future, but if I do, I'll definitely be a returning customer!

Great to deal with. They replaced the rear bumper skin on my Chevy Traverse after someone hit me. They had the best (better than MACCO) price and even shuttled me back and forth to home. The work they did looks great! I highly recommend this body shop.
