I stopped in to look at some units. I was assisted by Crystal. Her customer service was amazing and personality was outstanding! She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my unit and also got me a super great rate that fit my budget!

Renting a storage space is a chore I wasn't looking forward to, but Quiana and Crystal made it really easy and really pleasant. Welcoming from the first; patient with my requests to tour a few different unit sizes; even the paperwork was painless! I shopped around and this facility had by far the best prices of any in the area. It's got a neat location right on the bike trail (anyone looking for bike-up storage, this is your spot!). The building itself is an old factory, so it's got a cool industrial vibe inside, while still being very bright and clean. Storage unit with a beautiful exposed brick wall? Sign me up!

The ladies at this location Are super sweet and friendly. I came to make a payment and also take a look larger unit that I been thinking about downsizing. They showed me two different units and I was very impressed. Very clean environment. Thank you Crystal and Quiana. I will be back.

Excellent customer service!! The spaces are clean and safe, secure, well lit, easy to navigate. The managers are knowledgeable, available and help facilitate the best situation. I received amazing customer service from 24 Hour Door and would use them again! I want to especially mention Clayton the Regional Manager who was really on top of everything. He kept me informed about each step of the work that needed to be done and finished the job earlier than expected; how can I complain? He was extremely professional throughout the whole process and I could tell he was very experienced. Being a woman and calling a “construction” company I am sometimes nervous that I will be gouged on pricing or lied to and neither happened.
