Yoga Essence of Lebanon

SO MUCH FUN! Beautiful studio, amazing instructors, incredible workout. Highly recommend the bungee fitness class with Yes Aerial Fitness.

I have been practicing yoga for about a year now. I started at a different studio from Yoga Essence and was sad to have to find a new "home" studio due to no longer going near my work. It is funny to look back on being sad because I can't imagine my life without Yoga Essence. Out of all the studios I have practiced at over the last year, Yoga Essence incorporates a practice that is not only good for the body, but mind, and spirit as well. This review is much overdue but since it's been almost a year since I have been with this studio, I felt it was time for a full and thorough review.

I have nothing negative to say about this studio. The teachers, all unique in their own ways, are amazing people and teachers of Yoga. Every class offers a different experience just from each teacher's own "take" on how they teach and practice yoga. Alex, Stephanie, Diane, both Nicole teachers, Chelsea, Julia, Kim (I am sure I am forgetting some others) the point is every single one of them has been nothing short of amazing. Each class is fun and fresh with common aspects of Yoga any yogi, old and new, can appreciate. I have become so comfortable in my own skin because of this community and practice.

On days when I feel weak, I know I can be on my mat without judgment and totally practice at my own pace. On days where I need more movement or an athletic workout, I also know I will get that from any of these classes. Because of this studio and the amazing atmosphere and teachers, I have pushed myself far beyond what I once knew as my limits both physically and mentally.

I really cannot say anything other than positive things about this studio and the owners, teachers, and people who practice here.

If you are not new to yoga, you will find this practice to be phenomenal. If you are totally new and looking to try yoga out, you will fall in love with this studio.

I love Yoga Essence and am so happy to have integrated this into my life and practice as a person and mother. Thank you Nicole and Chelsea

Having not been to a yoga class in 15 years, I was a beginner to say the least! Nicole’s warm slow flow class was amazing. She took the time to talk with me before class to ask if I had any injuries or wanted to focus on anything in particular and made me feel welcome. The class was small and personal and I felt comfortable right away, I’ll be back for more!

This is a great studio. I’m pretty new to yoga and the instructors do a great job. Especially Nicole P! I highly recommend this studio.
