Yale KeyExpress

Located in an industrial area with nearby highway traffic noise and occasional airplanes. All my interactions with hotel staff were friendly and cordial, I never felt unsafe or threatened. No party policy was a bonus, this was the most peaceful hotel stay I've had in a long time and that's with a sports team and a wedding party staying here.

Customer service was A+. Jordan welcomed me to the courtyard and I had the pleasure of being his first check-in as it was his 1st day (he was excellent). One of the managers, Maria(who went above and beyond) hovered in the background to ensure my experience was still Ambassador Elite. During dinner there was Maria again, this time at the Bistro checking in on another newer employee Jeremiah, offering positive support and encouragement. Both of these young men had great eye contact and a welcoming attitude. I watched Maria as she walked the Bistro area and identified areas needing attention and quietly educate the EVS staff. This was a pre-pandemic Marriott experience! Kudos to this Team

Stayed here for a work conference and while everything was very pleasant, I need to give a particular shout out to Abigail who made our stay incredibly enjoyable. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and it did not go unnoticed. Would stay here again!

Stayed here for a couple of night during my business trip. The hotel is pretty well maintained. The gym looked good but the pool was closed. They had a good dining space too. I wish they had more options as far dinner and breakfast go.

Good prices and excellent service! I didn't want to pay a lot at the dealer to get a new key for my 2019 Toyota. I just happened to run into these guys, and they were able to get me a new key for half what the dealer would have charged. Going to these guys won't be a regret!

Losing your keys is never fun, and it's never how you want your day to go. Calling these folks was a wise move because they are incredibly kind, understanding, and patient. They made me access my house and changed my locks too. They have my highest recommendation. Excellent service and reasonable prices.

We contacted these people to install a deadbolt, and the locksmith was quick to respond and make an appointment. He called to let us know he was coming within the 2-hour window 30 minutes in advance to let us know he was coming. He fitted it faster than he anticipated and had the item we required to precisely match our current gear. Superior work. Affordable cost. Really courteous and professional. Highly suggestable.
