Jamie Johnson, the agent, is hands down the best person I've ever had contact with in regards to customer service in any agency or business. First off, the man saved me roughly 60 dollars a month in car insurance. That's huge. Not only that but he has been the most patient person I've dealt with in regards to the hectic times in my current life/situation. He was professional to the highest degree and deserves all the accolades one could achieve. He walked me through everything, step by step, and made my transfer to State Farm, easy and painless. Pam always keeps me updated and informed when it comes to my policy...any changes that may occur or potential discounts that are available.
