(January 18, 2023, 6:07 am)I've had ongoing Bilateral hip pain for years with my left hip being replaced. I'm a PT and an LMT myself so truth be told I'm picky when it comes to manual therapy! I'm also very active so I've seen countless local PTs, Chiropractors and Massage Therapist over the last 8 years. I had deep tissue with Emily and it was amazing! It's the first time in years, someone really got into my hip capsule, my SI jt, and all my deep external rotators. I was able to lift weights and ride my Peloton without nearly as much discomfort. Hands down one of the best sessions I've ever had. This is the only review I have ever left after a massage. Highly recommend!!!

(November 29, 2022, 9:42 pm)I saw Lauren today for the first time for chronic shoulder and lower back pain. I can’t say enough good things!! Not only does she massage, she uses targeted movement cupping therapy, which is amazing. Lauren is very knowledgeable and explains everything throughout the session. We talked about exercises I can practice at the gym or at home that target weak areas in my back. I’m excited to do these exercises and am confident I’ll see improvement in my next session with her!

She provided very detailed work during my 90 minute deep tissue session and was very thorough and professional. I will definitely be coming back here despite the hour commute from where I live!

(January 20, 2021, 8:53 pm)She is not "just" a massage therapist, she is a healer. I just finished up my second session with Amanda D and had to share how amazing she is.
While booking my first appointment it was evident she was invested in taking care of me and being part of my path to recovery. She has a wealth of knowledge about the body, it's muscles, their functions and so much more. Her hands are golden, touching on areas that I had no idea needed healing. She has a lovely personality and it is so easy to relax and allow her to do her magic. Her workshop is beautifully maintained and each room is cozy and welcoming. I am beyond excited for my next visit!
