Alison's hypnosis experience: Recently, I have been very busy with work and have a lot of troubles in life, so I am in a very bad state. I am very fortunate to find Alison to help with hypnosis.

I recently had a QHHT session with Alison. It was like a long and enjoyable meditation. Alison was very patient and easy to work with. During the interview part, she helped me dig into the origins of my questions so I had a clearer picture of my thoughts. That was followed by a smooth hypnosis process. I asked quite a few things that have been bothering me lately. I had clear answers to all of them. I was able to instantly let go some of my worries. comfortable the entire time. After the session I've found it easier to connect to my Higher Self. Now I can sometimes go into a conversation with my Higher Self and ask questions while doing yoga. really appreciate it.

I did QHHT quantum hypnosis with Alison, it seemed like I had done a long meditation, and I enjoyed the process very much. She was patient and attentive.
