Quiet place to live. Owner & mgmt could treat residents a little better, like they need to be proactive (or active at all) about cutting down old, dead trees & pretreating & plowing the roads when it snows. But it's pretty nice here otherwise.

I was pretty impressed when I drove through this community. I didn't get a vibe that it was full of crumbs. More people kept there places looking nice than not. I'm looking for a quiet clean community. I'm into peace and balance. I didn't see that at many other mobile homes some gave me anxiety. I don't live at this park but I gave 4 stars for the effort people put into maintaining their homes curb appeal well done. If any homes are available I'd love to check them out.

It is a lot nicer since it became a senior trailer park, no more loud parties and B.S. going on. Still a lot of older trailers but improvements are being made.

I look for all the Dollar Trees I've been and this was the most cleanest and have very many items that you wouldn't see in many other Dollar Trees and it was a very great experience very clean and the staff was excellent

Thank you Heather and the Crew for one of the most organized and efficient operations and effective managers one could have ever expected YET in these trying times one can understand now why our parents asked if we believed that money 🤑 grew on trees . At this virtual Oasis on Route 47 at Clayton Avenue especially precious money does seem to grow on trees but for the rise of an extra twenty-five cents now tacked on your previous Dollar, we are grateful for the Dollar Tree of Clayton NJ. Thank you for your dedicated helpful staff and your family-friendly store.You da Best!

It is well kept, has very good curb appeal, the people are very kind, and go out of their way to stay hello lot fee's are reasonable.

I have lived here for 12 years now really love it here the lot rent is very fair and everyone is very nice and friendly all my neighbors are very nice and very helpful and are always willing to give me a helping hand and everyone look's out for one another and everybody help's protect each other's properties it's a 55 and over mobile home park so it's very peaceful and very enjoyable to be a member of this community
