Westfield 41 Apartment Homes and Townhomes

Westfield 41 is a wonderful place to call home. It’s a nice community with a luxurious feel. Management (Stacie) keeps everything in order and stays on top of things that need addressing. The maintenance staff (Joe and others) are quick to fix any issues. They keep this community clean and beautiful. If you want to live in a community that you will love calling home then consider joining the Westfield community.

I moved in here February 2019 and it is my first time living in an apartment. This place has blown my mind- from Stacie at the office to the maintenance guys. What stands out here is that this is a community. The Pool an club house is a place where we actually hang out, swim and grill. Its not unusual for someone to throw something on either of the 2 provided grills and share with everyone. Weather you are 70 or 20 this place has a place for you.
There is a really nice nature trail behind Westfield.

I’ve been living here for a while and I’ve really enjoyed it. Stacie and the maintenance crew have been amazing the entire time I’ve lived here. I’m truly grateful to call this place my home.

Since nothing is perfect, my first con about living here is all of the rules when it comes to organizing a private party in the clubhouse. When I first moved in there were rules of course, but now you have to sign a waiver initialing your compliance with every clubhouse rule along with a whole new set of rules, it honestly turns me off from ever using the space for private events. Maybe it’s me, and I understand if there have been issues in the past that warrant the new procedures, or maybe this is normal protocol now at all properties, but just feels like overkill.

My other con is now I can’t just invite a friend over to use the pool, I have to get a guest pass from the office ahead of time (I’m a little fuzzy on the details of this rule, it’s new). But this is probably due to other tenants inviting everybody and their fourth cousin over to use the pool, so I get it. Probably the same case with the clubhouse, somebody has to ruin it for everybody.

I do believe they have done their best to fix any issues given the circumstances, I just wanted to leave an honest review.

My wife and I lived here for a little over a year and we were very impressed with this complex. Property management does a great job at creating a true “community feel”. Several nice amenities- pool, fitness center, outdoor grilling area, and entertainment space in the clubhouse. Maintenance staff are on the property each day and are quick in responding to any issues that arise. Property manager does a nice job organizing community events and ensuring everyone enjoys calling this community home. People in the community are very friendly. Close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Highly recommend this complex if you are looking to rent in this area.

This is such a wonderful community. Our family truly feels at home here. From staff to neighbors.... everyone is always friendly. We have gained some wonderful friends in this neighborhood. As a townhouse resident, I am completely satisfied with the layout and sleek look of our home. Stacie accommodate most requests and maintenance is proactive when they are needed. You will not be disappointed. Not to mention management always keeps this fun and inviting!
