Nothing like an old school butcher that offers high quality cuts. Their ring bologna has a loyal following. Their deer sweet summer bologna is incredible. Their thick sliced bacon is phenomenal. They've got lots of options and are a genuinely friendly family with generations of experience. They've processed our pigs, cows, and deer. My grandparents, parents, and kids have all used Waterman as their local butcher!

My dad used to bring me here in 1965, (1/2 a century ago) in a 57 Chevy. We got smoked bacon, to take home to Northampton.
I started coming back in the 1980s, when I was dating somebody nearby.
I came in today September 18, 2020 and it was GREAT!!!
The smoked bacon was fantastic!!! The Pennsylvania Dutch thick noodles on a cool night are great.
This is like finding a diamond. I work in New York, and they don’t know what fresh is.

My family and I have shopped at Waterman's since the early 90's. It's our first choice for ALL of our meats and choose to go without, if we run short. That's how good it is. There are very few markets like Waterman's anymore and I for one, feel privileged to be a customer!

Beautiful meats. Delicious home made meat sticks. My husband said " the best he ever had". Bought two T-bones. Can't wait to try. Very friendly service. Everything is cut fresh. You can't just find that anywhere! Glad I live close.
