The environment here is a pleasant one; the staff are friendly and the customers are conscientious. The machines seem reasonably up-to-date and they do a good job. The prices are reasonable too.

The only thing I could remark on in the negative, if I were pressed to do so, is that the floor and ceiling could use attention. Both badly need to be replaced. I don't know if that's the laundromat's thing or the mall owners', but the floor could become a safety issue soon.

Still, I go out of my way to come here. It's a great place.

I love this place. The ladies there are all.wonderful with a very quick turnaround time!

This is the cleanest laundromat in the area. Many different size washers and hot dryers. I have been using this place for years and will continue to do so.

I actually had fun at this laundromat. Ms. Kay is amazing, friendly, professional, and helpful! I also met another lady, Ms. Melissa, doing laundry and we hit it off like old friends. I will definitely use this location in the future when I'm in the area. It was extremely clean and the machines performed well. It's one of the few I've come across that didn't charge extra for hot water. I don't think I could have gotten in the shopping center easily with a trailer, and towing is enforced (no overnight parking allowed) but I guess that is up to the plaza owner.

The two full timers here Kay, and I apologize I don’t know the other woman’s name (blonde hair wears glasses, petite). They are both absolutely fantastic. They take really good care of our stuff and remembered us pretty much right away. That is customer service. Whatever they’re being paid it should be more. Much more. They’re wonderful.
