The boss Wayne was awesome! Very professional and very helpful . He was very kind and curious. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wanna break free of bad service providers and join the RW Verizon family .

We upgraded our Verizon Wireless cell phones yesterday and Wayne was so great and patient in helping us through the upgrade process. It took some time migrating everything over but he was very thorough, detailed and again, patient. We appreciate the help and needless to say we had a great experience. This store is the one you would want to visit for your Verizon Wireless needs. Wayne and the others were all so friendly and welcoming. Thank you and great job!

Great experience!!! Wayne is fantastic at what he does and was very helpful throughout the entire process. Breaking your phone as badly as I did is never fun but going to the Verizon store to get a new one was actually a very enjoyable experience! The store has great supply as well, and hours and parking are accessible. I highly recommend and will choose this Verizon store in the future.
