There's only 1 guy who says THANK YOU...he is American..I know how this sounds..but come on...say thank you when I'm spending $80 2 fill my tank...PC... don't care...common courtesy is what this world is missing

We came to the store with a mission to find a particular piece of furniture. Our salesperson (Cam) gave us directions and suggestions. Cam was not pushy, but very helpful. We found exactly what we wanted at an affordable price.

I had a very positive experience at the R&F store in Concord, Wilmington, Delaware. My sales agent was Mary and she patiently helped me sort through various lamps and placed them against different backgrounds to see how they would look. She was professional, courteous and very helpful. Great prices at this store too and you are free to pick up floor samples if you like them!

Our salesman Pete was fantastic! We needed several rooms of furniture for a move. We showed him our room plans, told him our budget and discussed our likes/dislikes.
He never pressured us to purchase something we couldn’t afford. He didn’t rush us in our decision making and always checked availability when we found items we liked.
We will go back to purchase out her items we need once we move.

We planned on going to other stores after R&F. Pete waited on us and was awesome! No pressure and took his time with us. We liked the quality, price and experience and decided we were finished shopping and bought an awesome reclining love seat. We then had plenty of time to go to lunch!
