(March 28, 2022, 9:45 pm)I read tons of negative reviews about these installers. I decided to give them a try. They exceeded my expectations! The communication was excellent from the first time I picked up the phone to make the appointment. I received text, emails and phone calls from them every step of the way. They pulled up old carpet in installed laminate flooring. They finished the job in one day. The two gentleman arrived early for the job and worked all day to complete the job.

(October 28, 2021, 10:27 am)I could not be happier with the service. From the time USIG got the job from Home Depot I got a call confirming everything. The day of I got a call telling me the time my installers were going to come, then 10mins before and then about 20mins after they got here.
The workers were fast, clean and very nice. Would highly recommend. -

(April 3, 2021, 7:17 am)Nevermind the bad reviews, these guys, and the office staff were great. I spoke with 3-4 different people in the office throughout the project and they all were respectful, professional, and helpful. Day of installation i was contacted multiple times to be told when the installers would be here and to stay updated with where they were. Luis and his partner did an excellent job and we couldn't be happier.

(May 18, 2020, 1:52 pm)Professional, courteous, and workmanlike. I was in touch with Rob over the phone several times leading up to our carpet installation. He was able to give me an installation date range based on the carpet delivery date estimate from Home Depot and he worked with me to make sure our carpets got installed as soon as possible (we were on a hard deadline to move in to our new house). They called me the morning of to let me know when they'd be coming in, and they were right on time.
The team that came in was pleasant and asked all the right questions before installation. They also did it in half the estimated time. USIG reached out to me multiple times to make sure that their craftsmen did a satisfactory job and seemed genuinely concerned about whether or not we were happy with the installation.
