Ursinus College

Fairways Apartment Homes is a great place to live! I've been enjoying my time here so far. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, and the community is friendly and welcoming. I'm also close to everything I need, including shopping, dining, and entertainment.

A wonderful liberal arts college. They rolled out the red carpet for prospective students and their families. We enjoyed the Open House.

Went there for a lacrosse game. #5 St John Fisher vs #18 Ursinus. Good game, nice stadium.

Fairways apartments is a great place to live! They are always taken care of this community! The outside is always beautiful and cared for. And if you should have a problem with your apartment they always take care of that problem in a timely matter and make sure that the work is done efficiently. The maintenance crew and the office ladies are very nice and will do there best to please the tenants. I am very happy here!

I am very proud to say that I live in the community with the amazing college students and facility. The campus is manicuted to perfection. Every individual I meet at the school is very nice. Blessed to say that Ursinus has a great reputation for excellent education!

My son is looking here for college! Beautiful well maintained property and buildings. Met the two nicest Freshman who had great things to say about the school! It has moved into his #1 choice!

We downsized from a 3 BR home into our apartment at Fairways. We love it here, the apartments are quiet and the neighbors are always friendly. Maintenance does a great job, especially with this most recent snowstorm. Lots were plowed and sidewalks cleared and salted by the time I got up. They have made quite a few improvements to the complex over the course of the pandemic and the office staff is always pleasant and responsive.

Reviews are the first things my family and I look at and these apartments had the least amount of negative reviews. It seemed that our apartment hadn’t been lived in for quite some time and of course had some maintenance issues the first couple of days. These issues were addressed IMMEDIATELY! The maintenance crew was very understanding and attended to your emergency calls promptly, very impressed. Our apartment sits behind a golf course and is very quiet here throughout the day AND night. Super pet friendly and people actually pick up after their pets! Quiet walls which is a blessing in an apartment. So far, enjoying our stay.
