Andrew and his men were OUTSTANDING … respectful of my home/dogs, knowledgeable, prompt and cleaned up after themselves. Andrew KNOWS HIS STUF, worth every penny!! He tackled a cumbersome job with ease and installed a quality surveillance system where competitors would have struggled. He performed the job start to finish with no subcontractors involved. These guys are HARD WORKERS.

I would hire him again and again. It's evident Andrew likes his work - he made my project look easy.

Ok so I NEVER write reviews so this one should count times 10. First, I have worked with a lot of Audio Visual companies (had my fair share of bad experiences and bad work). This company is not only the best one I’ve worked with because of top notch quality work but it’s really the customer service that sets them apart. Andrew is not only reasonable but very attentive and responsive even on weekends and after work hours. I have texted him on weekends and weeknights after work hours and he has helped me trouble shoot over text. His crew is very professional and are not just here to get work done but to get it done right. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Andrew and his team are professional and do quick quality work. He’s highly responsive to any of my questions or concerns about our systems and rectify any issues if they arise. One of the favorite parts of our new home is our sound system he expertly installed!

I had been referred to Unique Video and Sound by a friend who had a positive experience with the smart home technology they had installed in their new home. My wife and I were doing a major renovation to our home and we decided to try Unique for the new electronics we were planning to include on the job. Andrew and Ryan were great to work with during the whole process. Andrew did a great job assessing our needs and identifying what would work best in our home.

I ended up having Andrew and Ryan install a new TV in the main living space as well as Sonos and a Ring doorbell.

The estimates were precise and the work was done on time and exceeded our expectations. The install process was done smoothly, and most importantly with detail to the placement of the equipment. They were clean and thorough. I would highly recommend them for any smart home, or home entertainment needs you have. They are reasonable in their pricing and were are now enjoying the new "toys" we had installed by Unique.

I am not the type to take the time to write a review because if you are in the service industry, it is your job to deliver high level service. Well, Unique Video & Sound took my expectations of quality high level service to a new level, which is saying a lot, as I set high standards.
Andrew and his team were not only professional, conscientious and meticulous about their work, but they were also patient and willing to take the time after the job was done to make sure that I understood how all of the equipment worked and how to operate it.
I also think they were enjoying the 7.2 surround sound of Saving Private Ryan with dreamscreen as much as I was.
Andrew truly dedicated the time needed , prior to even becoming a customer, to explain all aspects of the project, so that I thoroughly understood what it entailed, which can get confusing when you are talking about today's integration of audio and visual systems.
In addition, Andrew and his team were able to tailor my needs to make sure that I could get the most bang for my buck.
