(September 28, 2022, 1:52 pm)We opened a new checking account for a small non-profit organization, and the staff could not have been more knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Big change from our previous bank (which will go unmentioned, but their initials are PNC) which treated us very poorly.
Word to the wise: This is true of all banks, but you can always get a better deal on check printing when you go to a discount printer (Google "check printing"). Truist is fine with us getting our checks anywhere we want.
This branch is not open on Saturdays, but what the heck, I'm retired.
