(December 21, 2022, 3:37 pm)I saw Dr Topakas for many years prior to my recent move to Florida. Boy do I miss her! You will never find a more knowledgeable, professional, empathetic, and all around excellent physician than Dr Topakas. The staff was always very accommodating, efficient and friendly. Were they extremely busy? Yes. Were they left short-handed by the Pandemic? Perhaps. These days I think everyone is doing the best they can and people need to be kinder and more patient. You are not just another patient at Tri-Valley. They really care.

(December 19, 2022, 2:21 pm)I truly appreciate being able to talk to the doctor on call on Sunday and my follow up visit today. The nurse was extremely friendly and the doctor was very helpful explaining my condition. The desk staff was quick and efficient.

She takes her work seriously and really listens to what you have to say and is pleasant to work with. Her assistants have also always been extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend !!

(April 12, 2021, 7:35 pm)Dr. Joe Ulasewicz is an amazing physician and family doctor. He spent an hour with me working through both physical health and mental health concerns, and has a very holistic and positive approach to healthcare and treatment. Not only that, the staff at TriValley are amazing! They had me relaxed and comfortable even during the pandemic. They are beyond friendly. One last thing I have to point out - I was offered a same-day appointment for 6:30pm when I had called at 1:00pm. Nowhere else I’ve ever been has been this good, and I’d never go anywhere else for my family doctor.
