Tower Health Urgent Care - North Coventry

I came down with cough and fever. I went to Tower Health urgent care. They were very quick. Facility was very clean. Very friendly atmosphere. I was seen by Ashley PA she was wonderful. Also took my call the next day and quickly adjusted my meds.Thank you for your care.

This is always my go to urgent care near me. This last time was a great experience (besides the fact that I felt so sick) ... Of course I was the person who showed up 30 minutes before they closed and they were so patient and willing to help however they could. Most places would rush me out or be visibly annoyed that I showed up so late but these nurses/physician were amazing. Patient care is clearly important to them. I forget my physicians name but we even chatted about our kids and she was just so genuine and sweet and I could tell she really wanted to help me feel better. I recommend this urgent care if you are in the North Coventry area!

I have had great experience with Tower Health in Limerick and Pottstown locations. Staff is wonderful! Follow up was very good as well. I actually got a call within 2 days with test results. This is my new go to Urgent care!

I had a great first visit. I was able to schedule my appointment online, I love that because I can choose without feeling like I’m hustling the receptionist. During my visit bloodwork was ordered and taken on the premises, I love that too because I hate multiple office appointments. Last and most importantly, the doctor spent all the time I needed to conduct the appointment. I was not rushed or gaslit or treated in a passive manner, the doctor seemed genuinely interested in my care. I really appreciate that most of all. I’m making an appointment for my husband.
