Got a title transfer, new plate, and bill of sale notarized. They were efficient and gave a great suggestion that prevented a mistake I was about to make which ended up saving me hundreds of dollars with my insurance company.

THE LADIES AT TOMS ARE AWESOME!
We had a problem with our vehicle and needed to get it out of the impound, I had to do a whole bunch of stuff here at their notary and I must say these ladies were so helpful. They were all very personable and kind, took their time and helped us thoroughly. One even gave my daughter a gift while we waited! I would most definitely recommend Tom's to anyone needing notary services, they were even able to do something I needed with my plate that other notaries are not able to. One notary wanted to send me to PennDOT and others said the same that they were unable to do what I needed, but not tom's! They understood exactly what I was talking about and they were qualified to solve the problem! I would most definitely use them again. Also they're building is clean and comfortable while you wait.
