We had a great experience ordering windows from Tim at Tom Adams. He patiently explained the differences in window options and helped us make our decision. The windows were installed today and look great. I highly recommend Tim at Tom Adams if you need any windows. The installation crew was very efficient and showed up on on time. It was a great experience all around.

The process was very easy with salesman Craig Watson. No hard sell showed us the product (provia windows and features). Gerald the lead man on a 3 man install crew was personable as were his workers. Being an industrial mechanic myself with a critical eye it was easy to see this crew was top notch! From the setup to install to the cleanup everything was seamless! I highly recommend.

Gerald and his crew were great. On time, professional, courteous. Great communication throughout the installations. The attention to detail was impressive and greatly appreciated. We will be requesting him in our next installation no questions about it.

Steve was great! We love our new windows and the house already feels warmer. The job was completed on time. Steve took the time to explain my new windows as well as point out the safety features since I have small children. We would recommend Tom Adams, and our installer Steve to anyone!

What a wonderful experience we had with Tom Adams. Tim was our salesperson and was just great. Informative, nice, on top of it throughout the sales process - very pleased. Then the installers, Vlad came the other day. Their work was impeccable and such nice men! I have already recommended them to a friend. I love the windows! What an improvement to the look of the house - great experience! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
