Great medical staff and well run office. Very responsive. I have been seeing Dr. Sander for almost 20 years. One of the best practices in the area.
I see Dr. Shtern, she is amazing. I never feel rushed, she is very detail-oriented. Has been one of the best doctors I have been to. Additionally, the office staff has been the best I have had to deal with. I have had some great doctors in the past but their office staff were horrible, billing wrong, getting appointments wrong. Here it has been different. This staff is on top of things, never had a billing issue going into my 2nd year with them. Awesome place, I highly recommend.
Alright, I'll review. My NP, Mary Ellen, is excellent. Couldn't ask for better. Suits me perfectly. I saw the other NP, Tom, once and he is a joke. A few of the nurses are a joke. Can't pronounce creatinine and other medical words. Isn't there a pharmacology class in nursing school? One nurse took my blood pressure incorrectly. For her reference, the tube/line goes along the brachial artery, not my tricep. If you don't know where that is, go back to nursing school.
I couldn't ask for more understanding, knowledgeable and caring professional.
Tom was recommended by pharmacist, and is genuinely involved in giving the best care to me and my husband.
Everyone that I've interacted with has been kind and patient.
Margaret at front desk is a gem, went above and beyond to help me with an issue that was my error.
