(November 7, 2022, 11:28 pm)I have to sing my praises of this UHaul and in particular, employee Lee. My husband was on his way there and ran out of gas. Rather than aid my husband, I went to uhaul to try to secure our rental before they closed on a Saturday evening. I called to let them know my gps said I wouldn’t get there until right at closing time. Lee was very kind and told me to come on and he would take care of me. Well, not only did Lee take care of me after closing, but he actually missed his bus as a result. On a Saturday night! I felt awful and still do to be honest. I offered to drive him somewhere but he didn’t take me up on it. Nonetheless, it’s really hard to find employees who would risk missing their bus to do a trailer rental. His kindness brings tears to my eyes and I hope that Lee gets the recognition he deserves! 10/10 would recommend.

I needed a hitch and the guy was more than helpful, and even showed me a tutorial on how to install and remove. The staff is super friendly and literally couldn't have asked for a better store to work with for this experience!
