My maintenance needs are completed within the same day. The guys are friendly, polite and professional. When I call or stop by the office I am always greeted by my name and very helpful with any of my needs. The property overall is always kept clean. Very comfortable having guest come to my home to visit me

First, the leasing and move in process-everyone is very friendly and answer any question that I have. The leasing team made sure to make the transition as smooth as possible for me. Second, very safe neighborhood and quiet. Third, the maintenance team is great. Any maintenance requests are gotten to and resolved effectively and in a timely manner.

(June 30, 2019, 11:44 am)I moved into a one bed apt and after a few months went back and forth deciding if I wanted a two bedroom instead. Jessica was more than happy to accommodate my wishes! It is quiet and I feel safe. I love that they accept animals!! They also offer a great online portal so you can easily pay rent. If I ever have any problems with anything I know I can email Jessica and she will get back to me. That is definitely comforting to know.
