Definitely recommend. Listens to what's bothering you and works on that during your session. Gives you things to work on at home as well to help relieve tension and pain.

Tim is amazing with a fantastic intuition into the body. After one myofascial release session, I am almost pain free. Highly recommend!!! And the atmosphere in the treatment room is so soothing and relaxing.

One session with Tim provided substantial relief from excruciating shoulder pain. A second session improved things further. In my experience (which includes a decades-long yoga practice and years of intensive energy healing and reiki training), Tim's technique was nothing short of revelatory. Tim is a skillful and professional. Cannot recommend TiGar Bodywork highly enough.

I had a series of 4 Myofascial Release treatments with Tim, and they were excellent. Tim came to my home and set up in my living room -- he created a relaxing, healing environment. Each treatment felt incredible during the session, and after all four I can say that my body feels different. Tension I'd been holding for years is no longer bothering me. I highly recommend getting a treatment from Tim!

Tim's bodywork sessions are amazing. From the atmosphere, to his calming and meditative demeanor, to the heated table, every moment of every session has been so helpful. For my first session, I went in with acute shoulder pain, and left feeling so much better. Each subsequent session has led me to greater well-being and a better understanding of the workings of my body as a whole. Highly recommended.
