There was a clog in my line at my townhome! They came late the first time and thought it was clear? But low and behold they worked under the unit next door! But two days later they came back and found that not only my #1 unit was clogged, but the whole 8 units were clogged from both ends! Cleared now. This should be checked every 6 months? Our well water pressure tank fittings were leaking. We reached out. Kim was friendly and professional, took all the information, sent Tom D. out within the hour. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the pressure tank and complete fitting assembly. New parts were all adjusted and tested, ensuring proper function. While on scene he noticed a vent hose on our water heater was not properly fastened, emitting vapors into the basement. He secured the hose.
