The Yogic Body Studio

Great boutique studio with great teachers, convenient location, changing rooms, and a cosy class area. You will get a lot of individual attention as oppose to large corporate organizations. Their response time for any questions is also excellent. Highly recommend.

The Yogic Body Studio is really a gem of a yoga studio. The instructors are welcoming, knowledgeable, and take each yogi's needs into account. The class sizes are small, so you get more attention and will definitely be greeted by name!

Molly recently brought in a singing bowl and did a wonderful session focusing on chakras that helped calm me but left me with a good workout. She was very friendly, suggested different poses that everyone could try if they needed to adjust, and generally put me at ease as a beginner.

Highly recommend checking the studio out to potentially find your new yogi community!

Been attending a couple months now. Absolutely love it! I have a background in Martial Arts find this to be the perfect complement to keep my body limber, breathing aware and mind centered. Jess' private and group instruction are top notch and classes offer variety from restorative to dynamic vinyasas both of which are fantastic experiences. Excited that she offers live classes which are few and far between. Thanks Jess for allowing me to continue my Yogic journey :) Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

I've just started at The Yogic Body Studio a week ago and never took a yoga class. Jess and Her team are great welcoming instructors. Jess is especially accommodating and helps me by showing me other ways to do the poses. The studio is nice warm, and comfortable. I enjoy attending Jess and the teams classes. It now helps my mentality and has significantly dropped my level of stress. Thanks Jess and Team at YB you're all amazing.

Jess is an awesome yoga instructor, wonderful for all levels and ages! Her instructions during class are concise and very clear, and she provides an environment in which all students feel very welcome and most appreciated. Equally rewarding are the short (and I think) inspired meditations she provides at the end of each class. Beginning yoga under her direction, with both group and private lessons, has been a terrific new addition to my life!
