The Wash Factory Laundromat

Very nice and clean, not crowded and even video games and coffee. What else could you ask for? Even the bathroom is nice

I try to come in once a week to The Wash Factory Laundromat and every time I’m here it’s always a simple and friendly experience. Every machine is cleaned daily, along with the floors and bathrooms and Mr. Kurt (apologies if the spelling is wrong) and his family are very welcoming to their establishment. Mr. Kurt even gave me a red back pack with the company logo on it! You will (very) rarely have any problems with the machines, and if you do it’s corrected almost immediately. On top of that, you have a wide variety of machines to choose from. Big or small loads, they’ve got you covered. 120% recommend coming here to get your clothes washed!!

Not much of a review person but I feel it's warranted in this case. I needed to get my blanket washed that was too big for my washer and dryer. I remembered the laundromat on West Chester Pike from from around 20 years ago when I was living there so I looked it up and there it is. After dropping my daughter off at her practice I headed over, went inside to check out what I needed to use etc. A gentleman there asked me if I needed any help(probably because I had the I need help look!). I told him what I was doing and wasn't sure if I should drop it off or wash it myself. I decided to wash it myself. As I was getting things ready the gentleman introduced himself to me as Kurt. We had a nice conversation and he again told me if I need anything to let him know. The facility was extremely clean, bright and well maintained.and had very nice amenities from beverages and snacks, a small arcade area and multiple televisions. Hats off to Kurt and his family, he understands how to make people feel comfortable and treats his customers with respect. Kurt really "gets it" and it shows. While I may not have a need for the service very often, I won't go anywhere else now and will recommend it to anyone who in need of laundry services. Thanks for the top notch experience Kurt!

This place deserves more than five stars. The place is highly clean, and everything works perfectly. The dryer actually dries the clothes unlike some other places lol. The person who works here was extremely friendly and helpful.

Immaculately clean, well run facility with reasonable prices. Some brand new washing machines and a variety of sizes for whatever you need. Best part was the friendly and engaging customer service - Curt introduced himself and his family and they were all available to answer questions and to provide help - truly a family owned and operated small business; everyone was cleaning and working the whole time 👍
