The Tile Life

My experience with The Tile Life was excellent! We are in the mist of a home renovation. I had ordered some exterior tile and it arrived sooner than expected. Ordering was easy online. We had 1 box that arrived with damaged tile and the Customer Service was quick to respond and immediately resend a replacement box that arrived quickly. I am impressed. Will order from them again. Tile was good quality.

The quality of the tile that I bought is exceptional! It is stunning and I am so happy with it! I would have purchased this tile on Wayfair or Overstock, but neither could ship fast enough to meet the deadline for install. I searched and found this was the manufacturer and that I could actually purchase the tile from them directly. I spoke with a salesman over the phone who even went out to the warehouse to measure a tile exactly per the request of the installer. Their shipment arrived in (2) days and, even though it cost approximately $200 for shipping vs. free shipping with Wayfair & Overstock I still saved $700 as it turned out that their prices were super-inflated compared to the manufacturer. Sometimes things don't work out for a very good reason, and this was certainly one of those times :o)

I had picked out tile for my backslash in my kitchen to match my granite and my personality. Life happened and by the time I was able to get my kitchen done, I couldn't find the backslash anywhere....except here!! Thanks for your inventory and quick delivery!

This past year, my business has been booming and I decided to splurge a chunk from the revenue to buy some great quality tile for the wall & floor of my large home business office. A friend of mine that is in the tile industry recommended me The Tile Life, since when I described for what color and design I was looking for, he knew that they had the product in stock. I found the products I was looking for on their ecommerce channel, although I wanted to see more live pictures of it. Just to make sure it looks the same as the pictures they have on the website and read what other customers were saying. Thankfully when I ordered and received the products, they were exactly like the picture. Now with that out of the way, I had to learn how to install tile. To my luck, I only made one mistake with one of the tiles when installing and having ordered boxes, I had 10 % in excess, so everything went well. Recommended

I googled The Tile Life and found that they have listings on Wayfair, The Tile Life, Overstock, Amazon and other platforms just to confirm it is legit. Then, I called customer service to ask whether I can come in to see the tiles in person, but the response was that the location mentioned is for shipping only. So, I proceeded with ordering some samples first for a couple of glass mosaics. Arrived quickly, safely packaged and in great condition. Was looking to renovate my backsplash, bathroom and kitchen wall. I proceeded to order multiple boxes and sheets from some. Waited about 7 days for the LTL to arrive on a wooden crate, compared to samples that arrived in 2 days. I guess ground shipping for LTL takes more time, which makes sense. The wooden crate was very safely packaged and those boxes were heavy. Nice workout! Overall, very pleased with the process and the business prices on sale were great! Would recommend to my friends and business colleagues.
