(June 22, 2022, 9:07 am)Pilates is my favorite type of exercise. I’ve tried many different classes/studios, and Angela’s style works best for me. The classes are challenging, but everyone is encouraged to work to their own ability. Modifications are offered if a particular exercise is not comfortable or causes any pain. The studio has a friendly vibe. I’ve been going regularly for the past year, and I’ve found my home base for exercise.

It has become an important part of my life, physically and mentally. While I was initially a bit leery of taking group classes, I am so pleased I tried something new, and made new friends in the process! I began by taking reformer classes, and worked my way up to TRX. Angela offers a variety of classes, SEVEN DAYS A WEEK, and will work with your ability level! What an amazing studio, and integral part of our community!

Angela meets you were you are. She has a wealth of knowledge and understanding on how to modify movements when needed and how the body works. She is an invaluable resource when trying to rehab injuries. The winning combination of Pilates and TRX will only make you stronger, healthier and happier! Run don't walk to Pilates Soul Studio. Your body will thank you!!

(August 13, 2020, 2:21 pm)I have been going to Pilates Soul Studio since the summer of 2016. I started out doing privates, and transitioned to group classes. Angela is an amazing instructor. She designs the work-out to best suit the individual...even in a group class setting. My core and muscle tone has improved exponentially. I cannot say enough positive things.
