Ken not only has a great selection of musical equipment, he is also an experienced and knowledgeable musician who is eager to help you find what you need. I came into the shop looking for sound equipment for my upcoming gig, and Ken allowed me to bring my amp and guitar so we could test it out. He spent at least an hour showing me how the equipment works, teaching me the basics of audio, and showing me all of the different features and functions of what I was purchasing. Also, everything is very reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to go back again! Thanks for everything, Ken.

(March 4, 2022, 6:50 am)Was having issues with a guitar I purchased on Amazon last summer...high action and buzz in the lower frets. Not only did Tim make repairs on the spot and restring my guitar, but he explained what was causing the issues. Ken was extremely helpful going over different products with me to ensure the guitar remains in great shape. Great service, great store. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Ken made sure it was the right size for her so she would be comfortable learning to play with it. I can't recommend The Music Place enough. Great people, super friendly and informative. 10/10 experience
