We were happy to learn that Mattress Factory is a family owned store and the service shows. Fast delivery, more than competitive pricing and attention to detail. Do not bother with any other store.

It was a perfect fit! It was really refreshing to have a salesperson so knowledgeable about their product, but also able to directly meet the needs of their customers. I really feel like we got an amazing mattress for an amazing price, and without feeling like we had to jump through hoops to do so. We couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. Thank you!

Part of the reason we chose Mattress Factory is our research indicated they were family owned which was a good decision on our part. In summary, our experience with the company was a perfect 10 and we highly recommend Mattress Factory to anyone looking for a mattress.

With his help, my fiancee and I were able to find exactly the right King size bed. We were so excited to walk out having bought our new bed for our new place! (September 8, 2022, 8:08 am)I purchased a new mattress a few weeks ago and I've been sleeping wonderfully at night, thanks to Andrew who helped me with my purchase. I am by far the most indecisive person you'll ever meet and he was beyond patient and understanding. I never felt rushed, he took the time to offer options, was extremely knowledgeable and made sure i left with exactly what i needed. Delivery came as expected and Andrew even followed up a few days later. Definitely a good experience for such an important and large purchase. Highly recommend!!!
