Ms. Bernard-Povio represented me in the recent purchase of a foreclosure property. At the risk of sounding melodramatic, the actual buying process was a Kafka-esque nightmare, but Nicole was there every step of the way, making sure that everything was progressing and no one dropped the ball. She kept me sane and upright. I cannot overstate how absolutely amazing she is. My realtor had worked with her once before and gave me a referral, and even though I wasn't sold on the idea of having an attorney if I didn't need one (I am pretty cheap), I am so happy that I ended up with Nicole on my side. Everything about her exudes serenity, she is straightforward yet kind, firm yet pleasant, and incredibly competent. I devoutly hope I won't need an attorney in the near future, but if I do, I know who I am going to call.
