(May 27, 2023, 10:51 am)I was having a hard time trying to fix the problem with my Bpad and at some point I felt helpless, until I got to the care of “The Cpad shop” specially Brittany. She was a wonderful young lady, extremely helpful, very compassionate and sympathetic with my problem. She was super knowledgeable and gave me the sense of security that I was in good hands and I don’t have to worry no more. Thanks Brittany, you are the best!!!

I was immediately greeted by someone who understood exactly what I was looking for and took care of me in a matter of a few minutes. Her friendly, courteous service and an over all pleasant experience have assured I will be a regular customer here.

(January 24, 2023, 5:17 pm)I had an issue with my order not being shipped when it was supposed to, and when I contacted customer service my issue was promptly fixed by an individual named Vee. They helped to rectify my issue immediately and had the item to me within just a couple business days of me reaching out for help. I am so thankful for the service and I'll definitely be doing business with The CPAP Shop again, mostly just because of the help I received from Vee. Thanks again!!
