From the minute you open the door, you are greeted by a lovely person for check-in. Then you are called back within 5 minutes to the exam room. You are met by a wonderful medical assistant, who takes your vitals and reviews your meds. Then you meet the Greatest Doctor Conrad. He makes you feel like you are a person, he makes sure you understand what plan of action we have and when you are comfortable he walks you out to check out. Again greeted by a lovely woman who works with Dr Conrad to make sure you are making your next appointment to return. The greatest experience ever. I don't say that lightly, because I see a lot of Doctors. Thank you for the opportunity to review this practice.
Dr. Min is the best. Always professional and comprehensive. Excellent communication. Her office staff in Burlington office are exceptional. My only suggestion is the patient portal be improved. Preferably have the portal with the Epic MyChart system to afford better
Dr. Shah is very thorough, and he takes the time to listen to his patients and explain things clearly. The rest of the staff is very friendly and the office visits are well organized.

I was seen at the front desk by a caring medical assistant & lead to a room. Dr. Suchin was kind and explained what my diagnosis is in simple terms. He was personable and easy to connect with. The atmosphere makes it easy to return in as much that doctors visits are difficult for me.
