I purchased a hot tub from the Backyard Funstore. When there were unavoidable production delays, John patiently responded to my impatient calls and emails. Bob then successfully managed a difficult installation on our second-story deck and advised me (a hot tub newbie) as to how to overcome certain water quality issues to get up-and-running as quickly and smoothly as possible. Just great!

Great experience from the time we walked in the store. I did not feel the sales pitch like at the other places we checked out. And it continues to be a positive experience. The hot tub is amazing and I feel like they are available and responsive in getting back to me if I have any questions or concerns as a new hot tub owner. I highly recommend if you’re in the market for a hot tub that you visit the store.

My husband and I started shopping around for hot tubs as our house was being built 2+ years ago. We spent a lot of time in one particular store and shopped via catalog. We were told we had to order the tub and they only do so many orders per year. It wasn’t really an issue with us, but a friend told us about the backyard fun store. We decided to go check it out and I am SO happy we did. We did not have to shop by catalog! They had tubs in stock! We knew nothing about hot tubs, we didn’t know what kind of questions to ask. The staff was super nice, not pushy- and answered questions we didn’t know we had. They encouraged us to jump in the tubs and feel the differences. Again, something we had no idea of- and shopping from a catalog we would have never felt those differences. Delivery was scheduled, though we were worried about the height it needed to get to. The backyard fun store pulled it off! Got our tub what felt like 100ft in the air onto our deck. I am SO happy we decided to check them out and purchase through them. 10/10 amazing small business. I would highly recommend this company to my friends & family.

We had a great experience at the backyard fun store. We were greated right away by John. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The only thing that was disappointing, was that they had so little inventory on the floor. We will definitely be calling John in the near future!

Bob has been very helpful from start to finish! He helped us with choosing the right hot tub for us. He is very knowledgeable and willing to help with questions we have. What a great experience and we love our hot tub! Great products and great prices and made the installation look easy. This is definitely the place to go for your hot tub needs. Highly recommend!
