Tesla

I am so happy that I’m driving a Tesla Y. Not why I’m driving it but not because or of his expensive gas prices .understand me it’s not really about the gasoline anymore.
The car drives like a Cadillac. It’s smooth is easy to steer. I’ve barely use the brake. is astonishing on what it does. Can’t wait to see what else they got besides that silver look like spaceship van.
If that van came with a bed and a kitchen IV in it and so would my wife and my two kids

I worked with Rodney today. He let me test drive a model 3. Explained all my questions really well for a first time Tesla buyer. Happy with my purchase. I will be back for when my car gets delivered. Look forward to working with Rodney again.

I purchased a Tesla Model 3 in October of 2021, which I would recommend ten times over to every one I know. Last weekend in 2023, I found two minor issues with the car that were completely my fault. The seat panel, and wall panel had worn on the driver's side. I decided it was time they be fixed.

I showed up to Tesla on a Saturday without an appointment, while the service department was technically closed. I was greeted by friendly people at the front desk who directed me to Tim, the service department manager. With a helpful attitude, and zero-hesitation, Tim dropped everything he was doing and inspected my vehicle personally. He then scheduled me for the first available appointment he had that following Tuesday.

When I arrived Tuesday morning, the shop was larger-than-life, well-staffed, and moving at a fast-pace. Not only did they fix all of the mechanical issues on the car in a prompt manner, they went the extra mile and updated/recalibrated the sound system, and a couple other features. I cannot express my gratitude enough for my consumer experience at this establishment. Thank you, Tim!

I've brought my car here for multiple issues. The staff are always friendly and informative. The are very good about communicating to me via the Tesla app while my car is in for service. I have had multiple issues covered under warranty with very little pushback. So, I tip my hat to them at the Cherry Hill service center.
