(October 15, 2022, 7:41 am)Instead of a 4 star (having one concern with the truck), Steve is great. Not only was I in and out when renting (on a walk in) but I had a true concern that he responded to immediately and helped.
He cared...and the service was great. You can't ask for much more. -

(May 18, 2022, 3:09 pm)My husband is deployed and I’m responsible for getting us prepped for our next move. I had to call around to find locations with box kits. This location had everything I needed and more. While I was at the location the battery on my husbands truck needed a jumpstart without hesitation a gentleman came out and got me back on the road in time for me to meet my girls coming home from school! For professionalism, courtesy, and supply stock I recommend the Mt. Laurel U-haul.

(August 2, 2021, 4:56 am)My husband and I recently rented trucks twice in two weeks. Three times we encountered employees who were friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to help us. In my experience, it's easier and much faster to pick up a truck in person during store hours than to try to pick up through the app. I'm very happy with my experience here and highly recommend this U-Haul location.
