None the less, I had an issue with my ring, and needed it repaired. They were kind and quick to repair. I am lucky to have found a local jeweler I can trust.

(May 9, 2020, 10:16 pm)I love these guys! I discovered them at Christmas and my wife loved the bracelet. I contacted the store during the covid 19 pandemic and left a message looking for both a birthday and mother’s day gift. Hank called back the next day and gave me his cell phone number and I described what I was looking for. He had it in his store and he did a curbside delivery. What an easy transaction.True customer service. I now have a personal jeweler. Call Hank or Jake. They will give excellent service. By the way my wife loved the gifts.

(September 15, 2018, 9:53 pm)Hank and Jake always go the extra mile to make things better than you expect. Just picked up a ring that I damaged so badly they we're not sure could be repaired . Imagine my surprise when Hank took it out of the envelope and it looked better than when it was new. What a great job it was. I also had many clocks repaired by them. Always more than happy with the results. I highly recommend this establishment.
