Swirling Silks is very dependable! Anytime we need something, we keep coming back to them. They are friendly, reliable, the items ship on time and products are exactly what we are looking for. Our team chose Swirling Silks to produce a custom souvenir hand flag for our recent college presidential inauguration. Excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Sue was very responsive in walking us through our options, keeping in mind our budget and timeline. When our original idea for the type of material fell through, Sue understood the vision we had for the piece and worked with us to see our design to fruition. We could not have been more pleased with the final product, a beautiful commemorative piece with an elegant look and feel. It was exactly what we hoped it would be for such an historic occasion for our institution. Thank you!

We ordered 24 six foot silk flags from them after searching for a month for a company that could make custom shaped flags. They turned out gorgeous! Of course we were down to the wire by the time we found them. Sue and Karen were awesome to work with! They communicated quickly and efficiently and made sure we got exactly what we needed. It was kind of complicated because there were several different designs. It was a pure pleasure working with them and we couldn't be happier with the outcome!
