Great guy, that Steven. Very patient and amiable.

Can't say enough good things about Stephen Grant who owns & runs this Center, and serves his patients so diligently. As a relatively young man who didn't want (but clearly needed) hearing instruments, I have not been the easiest patient.

And yet, Mr. Grant has been patient, professional, knowledgeable and yes kind . . . in his work to:
1st, make sure I was fitted with the best instrument (with an amazing array of features!) at a fair price, and
2nd, work with me tirelessly during the "adjustment period" so
I would learn how to get maximum benefit from this investment . . . that feels very new and strange, and yet, also very beneficial to my lifestyle.

I can't imagine getting any better service for my hearing aids from anyone else.

I put off getting Hearing Aids for many years. Finally it got to the point that I knew I had to make the move. Through Blue Cross Personal Choice 65, I was directed to Tru Hearing and their local representative Steven Grant @ Suburban Hearing. Steven was quite helpful, and non-pressuring, in helping me pick the devices that best suit my needs. I am now in my 5th week of using the devices. The experience has been just great. Steve is patient and available whenever I have a question. Steve realizes making this move can be intimidating. When I first got the devices, he gave me just enough information on how to adjust to using the hearing aids. He then scheduled another appointment in a week and gave me a little more information and set up my smart phone with an app so I could control the units very easily. He then scheduled another appointment and pointed out a few more options on how to get the best use of the devices to suit my needs. This approach, in my mind, is very accommodating to the user. I never got confused and forgot how to use each new feature. Had he downloaded all of these features on the first day, I certainly would have struggled. I highly recommend Steve and his approach to help anyone that is tentative about moving to this stage of their life. Trust Steve and hopefully you will enjoy hearing again.

My mother was having issues with her hearing aid due to excessive ear wax. Dr Grant fixed the problem, explained what the problem was, and gave her some options. He's knowledgeable, personable, and just an extremely wonderful person.

If your a vet and you need help with your hearing aids I would highly recommend Steven Grant, HIS. He is very professional, personable and strives to make your experience perfect.
